Thank You Centralia!
After many wonderful years serving Centralia, Harold’s Burger Bar will be permanently closing after service on Friday, July 31, 2026.
This was not an easy decision. Harold’s has been more than a burger bar to us — it has been a place filled with loyal customers, hardworking team members, familiar faces, families, friends, and so many great memories.
We are deeply grateful for every meal shared, every kind word, every recommendation, every visit, and every bit of support over the years.
We hope you’ll stop by before our final day for one more burger, one more order of fries, one more dirty soda, and one more chance to say goodbye.
As we approach July 31, our menu may become limited and some items may sell out while supplies last. Online ordering is no longer available, so please visit us in person or call the restaurant to place an order.

The Pepper Jam
Just ask any of our ladies and she will tell you her favorite burger is the Pepper Jam! This quarter pound patty is topped with smoked Gouda cheese, Hickory smoked bacon, and a grilled poblano pepper nestled over all the fixings, lettuce, tomato, onion, and relish on a Brioche bun slathered in the most delicious bacon pepper jam you will ever have the honor of tasting. Hence the name, THE PEPPER JAM! (Queue some heavenly music!)

What better choice than the classic! A single quarter pound patty topped with American cheese nestled over Lettuce, Tomato, onions, and relish on a Brioche bun smothered in our house-made burger sauce.
